Most of our pain comes from regretting the past and worrying about the future. When we worry about the future, we are choosing to sacrifice today’s joy over something that hasn’t even happened yet, and may not even happen at all.

Worrying does more than just give up your happiness in the moment. The more you focus on the outcome you’re worried about, the more likely that outcome is to happen. What you focus on amplifies. It’s where your energy goes. You’re aligning with the worst case scenario and giving energy and power to the outcome you do not want.
Instead, focus on the best case scenario. Manifesting involves placing your thoughts on the desired outcome and then energizing it with elevated positive emotion.Elevated emotion like gratitude prepares the body to receive and magnetizes you for those positive experiences you’re placing your focus on.
Feel the best outcome before it’s even occurred. Then try to think of the actions, however small they may be, that you can take right now to move the needle toward that goal.
Think of a future even that you’ve been worrying about. Now imagine the best possible outcome that could occur. As you write, try to feel in your body how you would if the best possible outcome was happening now. Journal.
Bonus: Take a few minutes to meditate on those elevated emotions trying to amplify them with each breath.
