We don’t always realize when we positively impact someone’s life. Sometimes the simplest action to us mean everything to someone else.
One of the best ways to grow your own happiness is to spread happiness to another, and one of the fastest ways to do that is make someone feel meaningful.
Today’s action is a fun one! You’re going to focus on gratitude toward someone who has positively influenced your life. This person can be someone you’ve lost touch with, or someone who you see regularly.
You can choose not to send this and it will still have some effect on you, but the results will be amplified if you do. I highly recommend sending it. Both you AND the other person will feel amazing.
Bonus:
Meditate on those feelings of gratitude. Envision yourself sending love to this person and his or her family. Connect on a soul level and thank them for their value.
