Shift Your Energy

When you’re feeling particularly down, it can be hard to even want to flip your thoughts. We get addicting to the negative thought loops. There’s a simple trick for this.

When you are in a negative space, your energy is vibrating at a lower frequency. Having positive thoughts is not the only way to vibrate at a higher frequency.

Raising your energy can be as simple as moving it into a different space, through movement, or even just switching activities and finding some sort of flow.

My favorite way to quickly raise my vibration is through movement… specifically dancing. Challenge yourself to dance for you. Focus less on reforming and being sexy and more on moving parts of your body you don’t usually get into. Get primal with it.

Feel your energy surging through your body. Bring it to the surface of your skin.

As a bonus, sing or make a few primal sounds to activate your throat chakra. Don’t worry about anyone hear your. This is for you.

Reflect on your experience and any energetic shifts you’ve felt.

From this place, begin to create new thoughts. It should be much easier to get your brain on the positivity train.

  • Journal about shifts you may have felt, then create from this place. This is a great time to focus on your goals or anything you’d like to manifest.
