What would you say if I told you, you probably make things harder on yourself than they need to be?
I’m not trying to single you out, most of us do.
We beat ourselves up for little mistakes or even things we had no control over. We have trouble receiving help, or even compliments. We pick fights when our relationships are too good. We self-sabotage when we’re finally making progress. We doubt our worth or what we deserve.
So that’s what we’ll be talking about today, among other things, and keeping the theme of letting go of struggle.
Our guest is one of my faves, Samantha Skelly. Everything about her is impressive. She is a self-made entrepreneur and CEO of two multi-million dollar wellness companies, a highly sought-after international speaker, best-selling author, and wellness coaching expert with a heart-centered approach to business, coaching, and life.
Samantha has revolutionized the weight loss and self-help industries by examining the individual and underlying causes of food, body, and self-love issues. And Her two companies include: Hungry for Happiness and PAUSE Breathwork, whose mission is to unite all of humanity by helping people breathe, feel, and heal.
We Will Learn
- How to be open to receiving the good
- How to shift the energy of busy
- How to release stress & anxiety using the power of breath
