430: What the Color of Your Aura Says About Your Soul with Helen Plehn

By December 4, 2025December 8th, 2025No Comments

What if you’re not actually a body with a soul, but light energy that temporarily took physical form?

I know how that sounds. But stay with me.

Most personality systems tell you what box you fit into. Myers-Briggs. Enneagram. Human Design. They’re all trying to explain who you are based on behavior patterns. But Helen Plehn’s Aura Color Wheel system starts with a completely different premise. You’re not solid matter trying to be more spiritual. You’re literally made of light.

“Your soul or at the deepest level, you are made of light,” Helen says. “So basically your light energy, and energy is just information that vibrates. So it carries information about your soul when incarnated into this body this lifetime. So the soul aura color or the layers of the color that comes more vibrant or more radiant around a soul, it tells me that you are born with this particular soul gift.”

Modern physics backs this up. At the quantum level, everything is light, sound, vibration, frequency, and wavelength. Your body isn’t solid. It’s condensed light moving at different speeds. When you zoom in far enough, there’s no “you” in the way you think there is. Just energy pulsing in patterns.

The Vedic tradition knew this thousands of years ago. So did the Sufi and Kabbalistic mystics. They talked about the light body, the energetic blueprint carrying information about who you really are beneath all the conditioning. Healing wasn’t about fixing broken parts. It was about clearing the interference patterns dimming your natural radiance.

Which brings up the question nobody’s asking. If we’re all made of light, why do some people seem to radiate effortlessly while others feel like they’re constantly pushing against resistance? Why do certain patterns keep showing up no matter how much inner work you do? And why does traditional therapy sometimes hit a wall that energy work can break through?

Helen maps this in a way I’ve never seen before. She’s identified how different layers of your aura carry different information. Some layers are bright, almost glowing. Those are your natural gifts. The things you do without trying. But other layers are dimmed or murky. Those aren’t character flaws. They’re soul wounds asking for attention.

What shocked me in this conversation is how specific it gets. We’re not talking vague “raise your vibration” advice. Helen explains exactly why you might attract certain people, why specific life patterns keep repeating, and what your struggles are actually trying to teach you. She even breaks down how long it takes for your soul aura to shift once you’ve done real healing work.

And if you’ve ever wondered why enlightenment is depicted with golden halos and white light, Helen explains the actual mechanism behind it. Turns out it’s not symbolic. It’s literal physics meeting ancient mysticism.

Today our guest is Helen Plehn, creator of the Aura Color Wheel system and author of a book mapping the seven soul archetypes and their corresponding aura colors. She teaches people how to read their own energetic blueprint and consciously evolve their frequency.

In this episode, you’ll discover:

  • How your soul aura reveals gifts, wounds, and lessons you’re here to integrate
  • Why enlightenment is literally about radiating all colors of light
  • What quantum healing looks like when you work with energy directly
