This is a gentle guided practice to bring awareness of bodily sensations and consciously release tension. It is an abbreviated (13 minutes) traditional body scan practice for mindfulness-based stress reduction. Body scan are practices of grounding and relaxing, and can be helpful in sleep and in dealing with pain, tension or stress.
