How do you feel about change? Do you handle it well? Do you usually avoid it? Are you optimistic when happens outside of your will?
The funny thing is, we actually like change, but only when we’re the one’s choosing it.
People not only fear change, they genuinely believe (usually on an unconscious level) that when you’ve been doing something a certain way for a long time, it must be a good way to do things. And the longer you’ve been doing it that way, the better it is.
So change isn’t just about embracing the unknown — it’s about giving up something old (and therefore good) for something new (and therefore not good).
So with all the change happening in the world, not only do most of us have fear and resistance, we also have all of these beliefs that things are going to get worse.
So today we’re talking about how to deal with massive change. From pivoting your business, to homeschooling to dealing with loss and tragedy… and how to do so in a way that you’re actually thriving instead of barely surviving.
Our guest is Jenny Fenig. She’s an intuitive business coach with a goal to help you remember who you truly are: a magic maker.
