This short meditation can  be used as a quick pick-me-up any time of day. Deep breathing is vital to health, but most people take short shallow breaths, especially when stressed or anxious. Whole body breathing has been used for centuries to enhance the ability to dissolve and release energy blockages in the mind / body, enhancing well-being and spiritual awareness.
