“When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you achieve it.” – from Paul Cuellho’s The Alchemist.
Do you ever have those moments where you just feel totally in your higher self? In those moments I don’t feel alone, I feel like the whole universe is not just with me, but within me.
The last few years during times when loneliness creeps in, I remind myself it’s an illusion. And sometimes just that reminder helps me shift.
Because the truth is loneliness comes from separation. And none of us are really separate. We’re all one. Aspects or fragments of each other. Aspects of God having a human experience.
But I get it. It’s hard to really internalize. Our whole lives have been conditioned with different information.
Sometimes creating new beliefs is easier than others, but all life shifts seem to follow a similar process: new thought, new action, new evidence, new beliefs.
And this whole process is a whole lot easier when you trust that you’re not going at it alone. When you know that you can just ask the Universe for help.
And today we’re talking about how to do that.
Our guest is Kelsey Aida. She is the co-host of the podcast High Vibin’ It, which I was recently a guest on. She’s also the author of Letter to the Universe. And she does 1-on-1 coaching and retreats as well.
